By accessing or using TitanFile ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TitanFile is a free, browser-based toolkit that provides tools for processing images, PDFs, text, code, and other data. All processing occurs locally in your web browser using JavaScript, Web APIs, and WebAssembly. No files are uploaded to any server.

3. Use of Service

• Free for everyone — TitanFile is free for personal, educational, and commercial use with no restrictions on volume or file size.
• No account required — You may use all tools without registering an account or providing personal information.
• Lawful use only — You agree not to use TitanFile to process illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, harass others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Your files, your ownership — Since files never leave your device, we claim no ownership, license, or rights to any content you process using TitanFile.

4. Intellectual Property

The TitanFile brand, logo, design, and website code are the intellectual property of TitanFile. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute TitanFile's code or design without prior written permission. The open-source libraries used by TitanFile (PDF.js, pdf-lib, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TitanFile is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• The results produced by any tool will be 100% accurate in all cases.
• The Service will meet your particular requirements.

Always keep backups of important files. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unintended results from using our tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitanFile and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Advertisements

TitanFile displays advertisements served by Google AdSense to support the free nature of the Service. By using TitanFile, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. Ad content is controlled by Google and subject to Google's advertising policies.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of TitanFile after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to TitanFile at our discretion, though we have no current plans to do so. Since we don't collect user data or require accounts, there is nothing to "terminate" — you can simply stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
